We design and manufacture monoplastic food packaging with a strong focus on the safety, quality, and sustainability of both the product and the packaging. By using a single material (PP, PE, APET, and PS), our packaging is easy to sort and highly recyclable, without compromising the benefits of traditional plastic packaging.

Why monoplastic?

Food safety and hygiene are top priorities. Avamoplast was the first in the sector to obtain the BRCGS certificate (2006) and works with controlled processes for materials that come into contact with marinades, acids, and dairy products.

Production techniques

  • Thermoforming – ideal for salads and cold preparations.
  • Injection molding (IML possible) – for rigid cups/containers, tamper-evident, sealable, and freezer-safe.
